You can choose between several search modes in order to look for an article:
According to the product family : select the family of your choice and then the model you are looking for.

According to the page numbers : you have come across the article you need in one of our paper catalogues. All you need to do is to type in its page number for it to appear on the screen.
Quick search : you know the name of the article. Type it in the dedicated space and then click on "validate" to launch the search.
Buying guides : maybe you do not know exactly which model to choose.
Our buying guides are meant to help you. Choose a type of article and enter the features you need.
Lapeyre will then automatically guide you towards the most suitable article.
Adding the articles to your basket
To add the articles to your basket, all you need to do is to type the desired quantity and click on "add to the basket".
Setting your order
You must display your basket to settle your order.
You may then choose between : Collecting your order at the store Or Having it delivered to your home.
In both cases you can check the stocks of whichever store you may choose to make sure your articles are available, before validating your order.
Choosing your payment method
If you have chosen to collect your articles at the store, you will have to pay a deposit using a bankers card.
If you have decided to have them delivered to your home, 100 % of your order will be paid for on-line. In this case, you will be allowed to pay by bankers card or by cheque.
And your order has now been validated, you will shortly receive confirmation by e-mail.

You can make up a basket on our Web site and thus obtain a budgetary quote before buying any articles.

What determines the availability of our articles?
The date of availability of an article depends upon the stocks and the replenishment of each store. This means that if an article is not available in a particular store, it may be available in another one.
How can you be sure of the date of availability?
Your articles are reserved as from the moment you validate your order. Should you pay by cheque (only for delivery to your address), the date of availability is recalculated as from the reception date of the cheque.
The final availability date of your articles will be confirmed to you by e-mail.
What about the delivery?
As soon as the articles are ready for delivery, the store you chose when putting in your order will call you to agree upon a delivery date.

Is it impossible to order any particular article?
Despite all the trouble we take over stock management, it may happen that some particular article is displayed on the Web site but no longer available in the store. To continue with your order, you must remove this article from your basket or choose another store to carry out your on-line order.
Is it not yet possible to order any particular article?
The articles in our catalogues are still not all available on-line. We enrich our range of articles daily so that all the standard products will finally be available on-line.
If a particular article can still not be ordered on our Web site, we suggest you visit our nearest store in order to have your request satisfied

Once the article has been received, you have 7 days to change your mind.
The articles must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You will then be refunded as quickly as possible.
